...but a couple NATO members, Germany and France vetoed their application--basically because they didn't want to "upset" Putin and potentially lose their gas supply.
Ukraine is just the 2022 "sacrificial lamb"--just like Poland was in 1939--only Poland fell a lot faster to the Germans while the rest of Europe sat on their hands. Ukraine isn't going down so easily.
Everyone is hiding behind their NATO cards, when this could have been prevented before it started, or ended within the first week or two.
