...well, Dodge was once part of Chrysler Corporation. In recent decades, the ownership/partnerships have been passed-around like a cheap hooker in a hotel lobby bar. Chrysler Corporation doesn't even exist anymore.
The 300, Charger, Challenger platform is OLD--and not even remarkably "refreshed" over the course of nearly two decades. Sales tend to slump when products get "stale". Discontinuation is the next step--the only thing still selling them are those big Hemi's, and they're not long for this world, either.
