...I don't care how good of an arm you've got, if you have no targets to throw the ball to, and it's pretty hard to throw the ball if you're either running for your life or already on your back every other play. Without an offensive line and competent receiving corps/running backs, a great QB is not necessarily going to look like one. More than any other player on the team, the QB needs a strong "supporting cast" to perform well.
