Well, the Steelers got Pickett--which I was surprised. Not sure if that was a great move, or not, but they needed to replace their road-kill.
QBs didn't dominate the draft, as the class was "marginal" this year.
Meanwhile, up here in Cleveland, the Browns still haven't found a home for their now-exiled former #1 draft pick QB--Mayfield. But it has been speculated (for the last couple weeks) that no one was going to make a move on him until after the draft. The $18M still owed on his contract is an issue, and after the "bath" the Browns took on unloading OBJ last year, they can't afford to just give him away.
