...I remember them well--well kinda/sorta. I remember buying CDs--not the music ones--at 17%. I have a mortgage on this place for only one reason--because I get HUGE subsidies and "breaks" because it is on the historic registry--I basically get paid to live here. I have the assets to pay it off any day of the week, but it is better if I don't.
