...it looks like it is going to be a little easier to get them here--possibly by the end of the week (fingers crossed). We (well, no, not "we"--Evelyn and the Red Cross) have to get paperwork in order for them to pass from Poland to Germany to the US. It's a good thing that her husband was a lawyer, as well as two of her sons, and she basically ran the office. I know how to beg for research grant money and deal with the EPA and FDA, but Homeland Security and Immigration are not in my wheelhouse.
