Well... he is the current "scapegoat in charge"...

...every sitting President is. Some just have a little more "teflon" (or is that slime?--not sure).

Based on this statement from the article--"On Friday, April 8, 2022, Union Pacific informed CF Industries without advance notice that it was mandating certain shippers to reduce the volume of private cars on its railroad effective immediately."--I'm getting more of a "union dispute" vibe from this.

The RR union is fairly powerful, and the specific mention of "private cars on its railroad" leads me to believe this may be a union vs non-union issue.

Who knows? It's just another counter-productive "pissing match" to drive up prices.
