Lt. Gov. Brian Benjamin has resigned following Federal indictment. It appears that the current Gov. Kathy Hochul may not walk-away free and clear either, since her appointee (Benjamin) had already been subpoenaed prior to his appointment by her.

Just the next chapter for the history books...
