I would agree, if I knew each persons individual needs. They knew what the gas mileage was when they purchased their vehicles.

Now when I watch those shows on motortrend channel, and see people spending half a mil on customizing an old car, or spending hundreds of thousands or millions for a fancy toy I always wonder how many people could be fed or housed with that money.

But it's a free country, though the decadence and thoughtlessness alarms me.
