...if you ordered it and it actually arrived (against all odds) and doesn't smell like smoke and sea-water, go get it ASAP! As for the wheels/tires--you're paying for them, because that's what's on it--keep them. If you've got a spare set with different tires that you like better for the current weather, have them mounted and keep the new ones too.
