CNN commentator General Mark Hertling in a 39 minute interview with The Bulwark's Charlie Sykes gets into a lot more details than your average armchair strategist about why he believes Russia's V. Putin had a brain fart of the worst kind when he decided to invade Ukraine. He doesn't talk all Rainbows and Roses and it will get a lot uglier before the sun peeks through the clouds of war.
