But I'm a bit flummoxed about what a drone strike on an Iranian general has to do with Putin's decision to delay his invasion until his armed forces were ready. Are you suggesting this action was a prelude to a precision drone strike on Putin himself sometime in early 2020? Seems that didn't occur for unknown reasons. At any rate, considering the difficulties encountered by Putin's current special military operation in Ukraine, the wisdom of the decision to delay it for readiness reasons has been demonstrated.
