Not m.ch, actually.A chain of events m.ght be part of a plan set into m.tion by an intelligent source. Or not. When the actions of living creatures are a part of a m.chanism such as "evolution", it seem. likely that conscious (or unconscious) "efforts" m.ght be playing a part.
We rarely (if ever) know everything there is to know all there is to know about the "whats" and "hows" of this world.
How often do we really know all (or even anything) about the "whys" ?
