...now let's talk about "enforcing" EVERYTHING that's already "on the books".
I am so tired of hearing the "sob-stories" of "the cops killed my angel"--the 14 year-old kid in a stolen car, at 4 am, suspected in a drive-by shooting, and a couple stolen and/or altered weapons in the car--shot as they tried to flee. I'm all for prosecuting parents (if that's what you would even call them).
The "problem" lies far-deeper--at home...
