The ad isn't specific enough.
Firearms are partly bought on the basis of RELIABILITY and FUNCTIONALITY.
A gun which jams a LOT is basically a funny shaped paperweight....
You cannot BUY an assault weapon in the US unless you have some VERY special permissions and paperwork from the governing body. This means VERY FEW people who are 'collectors' quality. You also need a SECURE PLACE to store such weapons.
