Celebrity Crush (3) - Also for film buffs

From my elementary school days, Madonna was the bomb. So many girls were wearing fishnet gloves and copycat outfits.

40+ years on and her songs still manage to make the rounds at bars and nightclubs all these years later.

I posted an interesting video on the Music forum about her song Live to Tell and how meaningful it is to some people.

I always thought Madonna was better looking than Marilyn Monroe - Madonna had a better body being more physically fit.

I always tended to like the Patrick Leonard collaborations the best - Oh Father was arguably the first/second part of Live To Tell. I don't think she gets quite the credit she deserves for her songwriting.

Famed direct David Fincher directed the music video. I always found it to be one of her best all-around songs, musically, lyrically, vocally and video graphically. So of course it wasn't as big of a commercial hit.

Lennox Samuels from The Dallas Morning News felt that the "great sense of being hurt that is present in 'Oh Father' is far more relatable than any other Madonna song. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oh_Father
