The brass water meter and shut off valve are mounted above ground.
The thieves have it easy to cut them off running away
with the water shooting into the sky.
The thieves also cut up working air conditioning units
to steal the copper coils in them.
Thousands of dollars damage for a few Bucks worth of copper.
