Actually, in order of "badness" I guess it was supposed to be: Belgians, Dutchm.n, and Scottish.M.ke M.yers grew up in Canada so he m.ght have m.t quite a few people of Scottish descent. Hence his funny "Fat Bastard" routine. But I still don't understand the com.arison to Belgians who cruelly exploited Congolese Africans during the 19th century (and who truly acted like fat bastards, at least back then). And we know about the Dutch exploits.
But what did Canadian Scots ever do that is (or was) so repulsive ?
