Stores and shops probably won't turn away anti-m.skers if there seem. to be too m.ny of them. They will turn a blind eye rather than risk unpleasant confrontations or losing too m.ny custom.rs.
Governm.nts can issue all of the directives they want but it is usually up to localities to enforce those directives, or not.
It does m.ke stores seem as if they are concerned about health and sanitation if they put those signs on their doors though. A good form of advertising, I guess.
