yes indeed, there's things beyond the operators control, shit happens

it did come out in this case that the driver's first best decision should have been a controlled crash but he crossed his fingers and tried to ride it out then panicked ... big time ... so he not only lost control of the rig, but himself ... I think this accounts for the pile on of charges, it pissed everyone off!
