I should try for a Chauffeurs license?
Certainly easier to get just about any license in New Mexico, compared to California.
The fact that the driver was accused of passing a 'runaway truck' ramp is ample evidence that he was indeed guilty of nothing more that driving a truck with faulty brakes.
Perhaps 110 years is what they should have given the owner of the truck with the faulty brakes?
First they came for the dumb-asses
