I'm not talking lawyereze. It's just easier to understand what was going on if you know the context. Rosenbaum was a monster who wanted to die. When you know that it's less difficult to understand why he attacked a guy with an AR who was running away. Not something a sane person would do. The other shootings were a mob attacking even though they didn't know why. It's the same as if someone shouted "he raped a white woman" and the mob lynched him. Later you find out he just disagreed with someone about politics.
