RE: A travesty of justice

He was legally allowed to have the gun. No laws broken. He didn't own it. It was kept at a friends house and when he was old enough to legally own it they agreed to transfer ownership. That's why the gun charge was dropped.

Gun laws in Wisconsin are mainly in relation to hunting and people under 18 are allowed to possess guns but not buy or legally own them.
