well sir, the jury that was empaneled weren't allowed to consider several things totally pertinent to evaluating guilt or innocence
the illegal possession of a firearm by a minor under Illinois law, his state of residence
the illegal open carry of a loaded weapon by a minor in Wisconsin
illegally crossing state lines with said weapon as a minor
his prior social media statements in re: 'can't wait to shoot someone'
amongst other social media posts one could only consider as being radical
which should have been admitted as establishing state of mind and intent
but since I've seen these things it's abundantly clear that Rittenhouse went looking for trouble with a long rifle, found trouble, and used that rifle resulting in two dead, one wounded, and elevating him to a poster boy for vigilantism
in any event, the extraordinary pretrial decisions and erratic behavior of the judge conducting the trial along with his highly questionable jury instructions should have triggered a mistrial
and you can feel free to post anything to me and anyone else as far as I'm concerned, because I'm not a snowflake running around with a fake indignation and victimization chip on my shoulder
