Wondering about Summer tires on a car stored in a garage. I got a set of Michelin 4S's and am wondering whether on the few occasions where I live when the temps drop below 40˚F whether they would be ok if the car was in the garage, which is usually no colder than 50 or 60? I think the lowest temp I've ever experienced here is 28˚F, and that is (or was, no telling anymore) a very rare, once in a lifetime experience.
Next time if the supply chains are good I'll think about all seasons, but for now I just replaced Summer tires with Summer tires because that's what I could get. Didn't have to drive on them last year during peak Covid, so I didn't worry about it too much. This year it's back to the rink at 5 a.m. or so but I can always take the Acura with all season's on it if I need to.
