hold your fire Ghost, I definitely understand where you're coming from
yet the Russkies did have missiles in Cuba
Valerie Plame was right about aluminum tubes ... there's other examples
when the public gets info on CIA 'product' it's always a political move
a blanket assessment that they always screw up ignores those calculations
there's so much we don't know that 'we' really can't make that evaluation
at least not with any amount of confidence
we've seen plenty of Keystone Kop moves from our political class though
not that this makes anything better, just putting it out there
