Normally I would say why take the risk? You have them on video just phone the cops - but because it was puppies I get why she came out pissed off and firing. But it seems to me so dangerous to be just firing blindly - could should some kid walking down the street minding their own business. Perhaps she will get a reckless endangerment charge filed against her??I may be a lefty liberal but when it comes to crime, I am more of a hardass - three strikes and you get the rope.
