Now, you just appear to act like a troll. One that appears to not comprehend things in order to drag this out with incessant questions, questions that I have already answered. Or, you are simply unable to take the time to comprehend and understand what I am saying. Regardless, it still looks like trolling behavior. From the Metro article "5 easy ways to tell if someone is an internet troll, according to science" (link below):
"Trolls aren't keen on full stops or capitals
Trolls tend to bang on and on about the same topic
Trolls tend to sound a bit different from everyone else
Trolls will not let it drop
Trolls don't care if posts are deleted"
" 'I saw the video of Buttigieg on CNN with Brianna Keilar last week'
that clip was from the 17th ... when does your week begin?
it's Tuesday ... you're really tied up in a knot about Xmas already! "
The Buttigieg appearance on CNN's "New Day" with Brianna Keilar was aired on Wednesday October 13. Search engine is your friend. The CNN appearance in your linked MSNBC article was with Jake Tapper.
Xmas - red herring or straw man logical fallacy or both. Do not confuse or conflate anything I said with what someone may have said in this thread. I never mentioned anything about Xmas.
" 'I'm aware of him speaking'"
but you couldn't wrap your head around what he said so you forgot about it?
for context:
"more to the point, have we heard from Secretary Buttigieg"
yes, we have "
Another straw man argument fallacy. Also, an ad nauseam fallacy. Again (to repeat, which is a goal of trolls, to get other posters to waste their time), as I stated before and am repeating again "If it wasn't clear to all, the "period of time" was in reference to when Buttigieg was on FMLA paternity leave, "when not in D.C.". This was the time frame/"period of time" that was discussed between me and Rick W and that you commented on. Understand?
" "if supply chain disruptions were declared a national emergency then Presidential emergency powers, if enumerated by the National Emergencies Act could come into play"
I asked you what would you like your gov't to do about problems in the private sector and your answer is ... a *courtesy* ?
well, nothing really "
Read my suggestions stated in my October 18, 2021 at 15:35:42 post. They all affect problems in the private sector. My suggestions from that post, "Monitor shortages of critical goods and prioritize the transport of critical goods in the supply change. Involve the military and National Guard for driver and logistics support. Review state laws which may be restricting the hiring of employees in supply chain industry. Suspend, at least temporarily, interstate regulations prohibiting certain commercial drivers from driving outside of a state." all affect or would interface with the private sector supply chain. Or does your "genius" prevent you from seeing the obvious. I'll not elaborate on the obvious.
