Thanks. I think we'll plan a trip down some day and take a closer look. I know lots of folks as they "retire" and age want smaller spaces, not me. I'm tired of the Silicon Valley cracker box, I want ROOM, and land. Always said I wanted a house smack dab in the middle of 40 acres. Now I think one or two would do, as long as I don't have to hear the neighbors flush...or fight...or their TV. And, consequently they don't have to listen to Mahler from my end.
