It seems like everything including Levis use stretch material. Until the last several years, I typically didn't wear a belt with jeans and a t shirt. Now, after wearing the jeans half a day, the waist is stretched out and the jeans are falling down my rear end.
They don't make belts like they used to either and seem to self destruct after several months.
