Ok, have to respond with an anecdote on the Imprezza.
My wife was backing out of our driveway (in our Acura RDX) at the same time a clown was backing down the street looking for a parking place (large "gender reveal" party going on). They collided. The Acura had a dented bumper and quarter panel. The repair was $1200. The ENTIRE rear bumper and QP assembly of the Imprezza was sitting in the street. Evidently the BF was driving his GF's new car. She kept screaming "my dad is going to KILL you".
I know, anecdata..., but still thought worth sharing.
