Ironically, the ER Doctor knows best.

I don't know if ivermectin is good or not, but I also didn't hear from the ER Doctor as to what his treatment protocol is for COVID, other to ventilate or use very expensive drugs like remdesivir which he deemed "has far less data behind it than the vaccine does", somewhat dismissively and goes back to a story of one 24 year old that goes on the ventilator.

Does anyone know what the protocol from the CDC is for COVID, particularly for asymptomatic or early cases?

Perhaps I missed it somewhere in the spin machine.
