Yes, in most cases, "availability" is no longer the issue, it's the motivation to get the vaccine that is the issue.

I know they must exist, but I don't recall ever seeing any public service announcements regarding covid-19 vaccinations on TV. I've seen a few company commercials encouraging vaccination, but not government PSAs. I would try increasing the number of PSAs both on TV and online before starting a door-to-door campaign. Of course, the PSAs must be done correctly in order to motivate and encourage vaccination.

I'd like to see the script of the door-to-door campaign. A door-to-door campaign will, most likely, be of limited effectiveness, not much bang for your buck.

Makes me wonder who thought of the door-to-door campaign idea.
