When I buy a tool, if it's a tool that I will use a lot, I'll spend to buy the best quality.
If it's a tool I have to buy to do a more or less one-time chore, that's when I shop at Northern Tool for a disposable. Occasionally, one of those throwaways turns out to be better than I bargained for.
Most of the time though, it's a race to finish that one-off job before the throwaway tool dies.
Wish we had the space to accommodate a shop like you have, Vic.
