Of course living 2 blocks from the beach has its advantages and disadvantages. When there is no on-shore flow and the air is stagnant it can get pretty uncomfortable. Thankfully that rarely happens. I always complain during that 2-3 week period and threaten to buy one of those portable units, but it never happens and then it is over...
