I don't know about E-Stat, but I'm more socially liberal and fiscally conservative, Libertarian would be a better label. Your idea of selecting taxes is interesting. My problem is people are selfish and would just want more benefits for them. Art wouldn't be on the list. It would be higher child credits, bigger retirement checks and so forth. Personally, the arts don't need government help, let the rich philanthropists pay for it. The same goes for solar and EV subsidies. Let the market and new technology happen and folks will buy it if it makes sense and is better.
The Hollywood PC and cancel culture folk are going crazy. A show like Friends, which I've never watched, now would have to have a biracial couple, a gay male couple, a lesbian couple and of course an Asian and Hispanic along with a Black lead.
It's as real a picture of America as Ricky and Lucy sleeping in separate twin beds and the 50s.
