Since barbeque season is upon us, what is your secret spice...










that you use that people always comment on? I have three and they are pictured... the Rub Some Chicken I use for grilled broiled or baked chicken. The Porterhouse and Roast seasoning I use on any beef again whether it is grilled, broiled or roasted. Finally the Jane's Crazy Salt which I use for anything pork. I used to use it for chicken too until I found the rub.... Whenever I cook for guests with any one of the three they invariably ask what it is and want to know where to buy it....
