Interesting, logically, having low vitamin D would affect the immune system at some level. The healthier you are, the better the whole system works.
I'd bought a bottle of vitamin D a couple years ago when my labs showed a less than optimal level and the Doc suggested it. I used it for a while and then got lazy, but I did pull it out and have taken one a day the last several months.
It can't hurt, but it no panacea.
