This last herb might me very hard to get. There is one small study in Africa showing huge reduction in prostate size. It is used traditionally for prostate, urination problems. I failed once to find it but there may be a couple of products that one might get from Africa. Very iffy availability. If the here is a third as good as this study it would be a boon to mankind. I'm doing ok if not great but would like to find this stuff. I'll give it one more try soon.
