that is not possible--- there just aren't vast areas to car camp in, as seen in the US situation in, "Nomadland."
Also, US services to homeless, contact points, are woefully behind the agencies in more socially aware countries--- no contacts, no counting.
Now, if you'd care to argue that providing assistance with rent, medical care, or other life necessities does NOT impact the issue, go for it. It's hard to convince a guy who says, in plain view of a saltshaker, that there isn't one.
