Medicine doesn't know borders: I linked a Canadian site because Canadian medicine isn't driven by profit. And I found an interesting article from 2001 that showed, in comparing Americans to Canadians, that American doctors recommended invasive surgical procedures far more than their Canadian brothers. This holds true for other studies that have shown needless heart bypasses are commonly performed by American doctors.

The Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is a system I'd trust...
