(I'd put this on Rock forum, but it's pretty much a one-man+ show, over there).Brian Jones. I listened today while working out to "The Rolling Stones, Now!" and was amazed at the inventiveness, the exuberance, the originality of his contribution. Later, I looked at his overall involvement in the band's sound and it was an easy decision, for me.
Mick Taylor, whom I saw "live" in a small dive on River St. in Savannah a few years after he left the Stones, is a talented musician, but I can't say he's much more than that.
