I believe the New Arrival values this place MORE than most native born. They see nothing BUT upside. And frequently work like crazy to Prove It.

What has happened, IMO is the mantra of equality is not equally applied. Sure....we have lots of equality of OUTCOME, which people seem to like, but sacrifice equality of opportunity...
