You need to begin with the fact that India has over 1.3 billion people. That's a tough nut to crack.Many of them live in very densely populated cities such as Delhi, Calcutta, and Bombay. That's another tough nut to crack.
Many live in the thousands of smaller cities, towns, and villages. That's another tough nut to crack.
What is your proposed solution?
