He certainly had very difficult childhood and young years, then the war, but he's been generally reasonable in his life. He never went to a gym, but always walked a lot, even today he still does.Perhaps one other thing - he's always been very positive in his outlook. Even now he NEVER complains, everything is fine with him, not a trace of any depression.
