I swim laps in the local public pool 3-4 times a week and use the safety protocols mentioned in my previous response. Only something like 3-4% of Covid cases are hospitalized, and about 80% of those people are obese AND with underlying conditions. My regimen has been working just fine, (for me) and I believe will continue to do so now that restrictions are lifting....
