"You either want policing and law and order, or you don't." A classic, perfectly designed by the most cynical. Someone who really thinks that others are incredibly stupid and simple minded. Or at best, is incredibly stupid and simple mine himself.
The False Dilemma "Logical" Fallacy
Sometimes called the "either-or" fallacy, a false dilemma is a logical fallacy that presents only two options or sides when there are many options or sides. Essentially, a false dilemma presents a "black and white" kind of thinking when there are actually many shades of gray.
So let us stop talkin' falsely now, the hour's getting late --
