So do criminals sell their tools of their trade?
Of course they do. When they upgrade! Big bucks!

The big question is how and where they get their tools of their trade?

Guess what! They probably buy most of them.

And that's a giant part of your problem.

And that's what the Government buybacks are designed to fix.
They take the types of guns criminals buy and get them out of circulation.
