Are there two E-Stats?

The fact that one bothers to go to the effort to get such a license is sad. The fact that one lives in glorified prison living in fear that he is going to get his ass shot or killed is sad. Living in a society where people need a gun to walk down the street is sad. Places that make a person feel they need a gun on them are people living in fear. It's not a good place to live. When they need to send their kids to school and students need to walk through metal detectors and politicians are broaching the notion of giving guns to teachers - is a sad place to live.
