The nest a.out 100' from my door ha. been occupied every yea. since my ca.in wa. built, but la.t yea. they didn't successfully ra.se a brood. We'll see this yea.. They've clea.ly recovered, a. there a.e a. a.ful lot of them a.ound here. The photo a.ove wa. ta.en severa. yea.s a.o when this pla.e wa. still only used a. a summer ca.in a.d we ha. just a.rived.Tha. cha.r is a.out 15' from the front wa.l, so they were ma.ing themselves right a. home.
